EY announces a move to Paradise Birmingham – Consultancy.uk

EY has become the most consulting company that has announced that it will move its Midlands operations to Paradise. The company will move its staff based in Birmingham to the complex until 2026.

Simon O’Neal, managing partner at EY at Midlands, said: “Investing in a new office reflects our commitment to maintaining a prominent and lasting presence in the region. The new office will provide a high specification, a work environment for our teams, in a low carbon building with great transport connections. We look forward to welcoming our people and clients to our new premises when we move next year. ”

With an increasing business of over 1200 people and partners based in Birmingham, EY reports that it enjoys strong search levels by Midlands. To take care of this, Paradise Complex is first in Three Chamberlain Square, a 10-storey building and is in close proximity to the New Street and Snow Hill stations, as well as large bus, metro and pedestrian routes. The wider Paradise Estate also takes advantage of a bicycle hub and a specialized tram stop in the neighborhood of three chamber squares.

The announced move will coincide with the end of the current EY leasing agreement on one Colmore Square, where it has been based in the last 20 years. EY’s new office space is located on the first three floors of the building, occupying 70,000 square feet, with the potential to expand further to support the future EY growth.
