Ther Irvin Police Department I would like to talk to a man who is suspected of using an expandable pillar (selfie stick) and a mobile phone to look into the bedroom of female minors.

The suspect’s photo was released by IPD. He seems to be an African American and is tall and thin. He was dressed in a black and white suit with a black shirt and black tennis shoes. He also wore sunglasses.
