Ervine Man Disabled After Third Sentence of Driving Under the Broadness – Irvine Times

Martin Lang appeared for a sentence in Kilmarnock’s sheriff court on Monday, February 10, having previously pleaded guilty on one charge.

He acknowledged that on December 31, 2023, he drives a car on the Gailes Place when the share of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was 4.4 micrograms per liter of blood, which exceeds the legal limit of 2mcg/liter.

The substance, also known as THC, is the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis.

The 36 -year -old Lang from Gailes Place was withdrawn after his driving standards were set as a sign of police by a public member.

Tests have been carried out for roadside drugs and have been found to be positive, with Lang not a response to warnings and charges.

His lawyer Simon Brown told the court that after his sentence, Lang made an effort to deal with his difficulties. ”

He added: “He is present in rehabilitation, but he knows that disqualification from driving is inevitable.”

Sheriff Murdoch Mactagart said, “This is your third conviction as you drive into a drunken state that takes you to the detention threshold.”

However, Lang was spared by prison and instead was fined 840 British pounds, and was disqualified by conducting or receiving a driver’s license for a period of four years.
