Cher’s show comes to Wilmington, del
Cher’s show covers the incredible superstar life, which only needs one name: Cher. Telling the story of her six decades to the star (with everything from her relationships to 35 Smash Hit Songs), nothing is left uncovered, they say.
I have never seen this show, but it should be like seeing how Cher performs live, right? I love these Jukebox musicals because it’s an opportunity to see a legend to come to life.
However, in this case: I think I am the most enchanted by the costume that was led by Bob Maki.
The shows will be held on Friday night (at 8:00 pm), Saturday afternoon (from 2 pm) and Saturday night (at 8:00 pm). Tickets are still available for all three shows. Ticket prices range from $ 61 to $ 151. Click here to learn more.
Why Wilmington?
I have to share a little personal note. I know exactly what you think: why I would go to Wilmington, del. To see a show? Well, it’s actually a great idea.
Well, now I have seen a few performances in Wilmington (Mean Girls & come from afar and they were both amazing). The playing house in Rodney Square blown my mind. The Home Home in Rodin Square was also renovated and renovated. This is the most modern stunning theater located in the perfect center of Wilmington, del. (So it is filled with restaurants, bars and others for your visit).
And, yes, it’s much easier to get to Wilmington, Del. It’s just a 35 -minute drive from City Center.
And in fact, I was blown up by how easy it was to get to the player. This is a very short trip to Ambrak (or Septa).
I got on a (very affordable) train on AMTRAK at the station on 30th Street and in less than 30 minutes I was in the center of Wilmington, on steps from the most modern theaters located at the DuPont Hotel. I also had enough time for a fantastic dinner downtown.
Other upcoming shows include expensive Evan Hansen (held on April 11-13) and Hadestown (held on May 2-4).
