DWU to launch a Sioux Falls Nursing Program – Dakota News now

Sioux Falls, SD (Dakota News now)- Dakota Wesleyan University has announced on Monday that it will add a nurse’s association to Sioux Falls in August.

The Sioux Falls associated program will be offered year -round for 24 months, graduates will win a two -year RN degree at the end of their program and with a passing evaluation of the necessary state licensing exam.

Students can enter the program at any time of their careers, whether or not they have health experiences.

“There is a great demand for nurses throughout our region and the University of Dakota Weslian wants to be an active partner to meet this need. We have developed this unique program in response to requests from practitioners from the whole country. With their contribution and our long history of nurses’ education, we have developed a program that will be convincing to students and will prepare them for excellence in their profession, “said DWU President Dan Kitel, Doctor of Sciences.

DWU is currently accepting applications for the program.
