Ion Basoyanu, 41, from Pine Street, Birtley, Chester-Le-Street, was disqualified by driving and fined after pleading guilty of exceeding A1 (M). The case was heard in the Peterley Master’s Court on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
The court was told that on May 11, 2024, Brossyanu was driving Hyundai on A1 (M) between the 61 (Bouberne) intersection and an intersection of 60 (Bradbury) at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour.
The crime was discovered with the help of piloted equipment and Brasovyanu acknowledged his guilt on November 26, 2024.

Magistrates have fined £ 266, along with an additional fee of £ 106 for a victim and £ 90, prosecution costs, which has led to a total sentence of £ 462.
A collection order was issued and Bravoyanu was given by February 19, 2025 to pay.
His driver’s file was confirmed and he received a six -month deprivation of the right to manage.
