“Developer Darling” Ruti Schlabach enters a new chapter in the southern group – Florida Polita

With decades of experience in smart, sustainable development, Rout – Known as “Darling Developer” in its Citrus County Community – joins Tampa’s office from the southern group.

Schlabach will play a role in the expansion of Marion, Citrus Citrus, Lake and Sumer Counts, focusing on growth with precision, purpose and deep understanding of local development needs.

Schlabach serves as a Citrus County Commissioner, gaining a reputation as a proactive leader in the management of the growth and preservation of natural assets of Florida and the agricultural heritage. Her environmental work has won support from environmental groups and residents.
