Derby John Eustas Name as a New Chief Coach – Irvine Times

Blackburn, fifth in the Sky Bet championship, made it clear that they wanted to keep Eustas as a manager – at least until the end of the season.

However, he has chosen to take the rams who are 21st in the table.

Derby fired sex last week and quickly moved to Eustas, who enjoyed two stays in Pride Park during his gaming career.

“When we bought the club, I was moved from the passion, the solidarity and shared the belief that all of us who took care of Derby County connected. From the players, to the staff and to every fan, we shared a determination to save the club and move it forward.

“This is the same connection we need now, as we are behind John and the players for these last 14 games. This connection was clear in Norich last Saturday, a team that was fighting and refusing to be defeated, summoned by our magnificent support.

“This is already a season in one season and it is time again for this passion, solidarity and shared beliefs to show what Aries mean to all of us.”

In a statement, Blackburn said: “While we are disappointed with his decision to leave this decisive stage of the season, we fully understand that the opportunity to approach his family and return to a former club played a significant role in his choice.

“The club hoped that John would see the season and continue the fantastic work he had done, especially after the team strengthened in January and directed us to a strong position in the league.

“However, with 14 games, which remain and a real chance to focus on a place for playoff, the focus remains on achieving our ambitions.

“We remain in a good place in the league and cohesion of players, employees and supporters can play a huge role in achieving a successful end of the season.”

Eustas Matt Guardiner and Keith Downing’s assistants also left, leaving David Law on a temporary accusation at Euda Park.
