Summary of the incident:
On the upper date and time, Vermont State Police received a call from the Troy Country store, who advised a man who was driving in 2014. Honda CR-V, left the store without paying for gas in two separate cases. The troops reacted and investigations made the soldiers identify the male like Karl Clown (42) by Coventry, VT. The troops failed to find clowns and demanded an order for his arrest.
