Seattle – Abilin’s Women’s Basketball won his third victory in a row with 84-62 victory over Seattle U in the center of Redhawk on Thursday night. Wildcats returned to .500 to the Western Athletic Conference of 5-5 and improved to 16-9 as a whole.
ACU won a group effort from Quartet players who scored 14 points or more, led by Brea Davis with Meredith Mace with 17 in number. Both players have nailed five field goals, with Davis knocked out two of three tricks from a three -point range for high quality scoring. She pulled out five assists while Mace removed nine struggles with three thefts.
Erin Udson Added 16 points with a trio of triangers to go with eight rebounds and three thefts. Emma Troxel I collected 14 points for 4-on-6 shooting, including 2-from-3 brands of deep. Wildcats made 10 out of 20 three points tried and were 22 out of 29 in the charity of 76%.
Now ACU has scored 84 points in three of its last four games and is an average of 81.5 points in these four. It forced 20 turnover in Seattle U and turned them into 22 points while having an advantage of 39-33 on boards.
Redhawks won double-spirit from Candy Edokpaigbe with 15 points and 11 rebounds to go with four thefts. Juliana Walker added 15 points of five triangers, and Creyne Brian had 11 points at firing 4 by 4.
Wildcats got rid of an ice cold start in the first quarter to take 18-12 lead in 10 minutes. They missed their first nine goal attempts in the field, but sank four of their last five in a quarter while holding Redhawks to Five Make at 15 attempts.
