Cushman & Wakefield mediated to sell two multi -family assets on behalf of private customers in Seattle, Washington.
Located in the neighborhoods of the Capitol hill and magnolia, each of the properties is located near the center of Seattle, South Lake Union and Fremont. Tim McCay, Jacob Odegard from Kushman and Wakefield, Dan Chhan, Matt Camper, Dylan Rotter and Byron Rosen represented the couple sellers in separate orders.
The first sale consisted of Marlene Renee apartments, a vintage apartment with mixed use and an office property in the Capitol hill. The property was acquired by Beva 312 Harvard LLC for $ 5.6 million. The seller, Marlene Renee Partners LLC, has owned the property since 1985.
The second sale consisted of an asset for apartments with six units, located at 4324 36th Avenue W near Discovery Park. The property was acquired by Aniso Magnolia, LLC from Washington for $ 1.38 million. The seller is a property whose family built the property at the end of the 70s.
