Durham Regional Police said an investigation began Tuesday and Jason Bent was arrested two days later.
Brampton man charged with sexual assault, sexual interference; invitation to sexual touch; agreement to commit a crime against a person under the age of 18; agreement to commit a crime against a person under the age of 16; and possession of child pornography.
Investigators are urging any potential victims or witnesses with new information to call the Special Victims Unit at 1-888-579-1520, ext. 5339 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
The accused is known to frequent London, Barrie and the GTA.
A 41-year-old man is wanted after he went missing from a city center psychiatric facility.

Toronto Police say Ahmed Ahmed was last seen in the area of Ossington Ave. and Queen St. W. – near the Center for Addiction and Mental Health – around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
He is described as six feet tall, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and missing fingers.
Ahmed was last seen wearing a white leotard, caramel pants, white shoes and a white head/hair cover.
He is known to frequent the Regent’s Park area.
Ahmed is currently bound over by a Form 49 surrender order and has been found not criminally responsible for two counts of aggravated assault.
If found, do not approach and call 911 immediately.
The search is on for a man believed to be responsible for last weekend’s stabbing in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police say the suspect and the victim, who are believed to be strangers, were arguing in the area of Main St. and Steeles Ave. around 4:00 pm on October 26 and it all ended with several stabbing victims.
The injured 32-year-old man was transported to hospital and is expected to survive.
Police are looking for a black male with a medium build who was wearing black heels, a black and gray jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, beige boots and was carrying a dark backpack.

Surriff Marie Atkinson, 56, of Toronto, is wanted on 20 counts of theft under $5,000 and breach of probation after a woman allegedly stole from a Queen St. retailer. W. and Peter St. as many as 20 times.
Toronto police say a woman would enter the clothing store, select numerous items and proceed through the exit doors, passing all points of purchase without attempting to pay for the items totaling approximately $25,000 between July and October.
She is described as five feet tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair.

A 21-year-old man has been charged with assaulting and strangling a woman in Mississauga last weekend.
Peel Regional Police say a man assaulted a woman on October 27 and she suffered minor injuries.
A suspect was subsequently identified and arrested a day later.
Cops also seized a loaded gun and one kilogram of the drug, believed to be cocaine.
Dwayne Carter Noel of Toronto is charged with possession of a firearm knowing it to be unlicensed; possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition; possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking; and violation of a restraining order.

Hamilton Police are asking Waterdown residents on Center Rd. and Parkside Dr. must review security camera footage following an early morning home invasion and robbery Wednesday.
Detectives are also asking anyone who was driving in the area around 4:15 a.m. and has dash cam footage that could be helpful to come forward.
Cops say the incident involved four men, two of whom forced their way into a residence at gunpoint and demanded the keys to two Mercedes sedans parked in the driveway.
Authorities say the intruders obtained the keys to one of the vehicles and were in the process of stealing it when a struggle ensued with the homeowners, resulting in the thieves fleeing without the car.
There are no reports of injuries to the victims.

Cops say the thieves were driving a stolen white 2006 Hyundai Sonata that was abandoned outside of Hamilton and the robbery is believed to have been targeted.
Police say the four men are believed to be in their 20s and were wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and masks.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses and video footage after a car crashed into a home in Scarborough on Friday morning.
Toronto police say a 26-year-old man was speeding in a black 2015 Nissan Sentra traveling north on Scarborough Golf Club Rd. near Ellesmere Rd., and failed to stop at the traffic light at the intersection.
The man entered a house and his life is in danger.

A 24-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in Stouffville on Halloween night.
York Regional Police say officers responded to a one-vehicle crash in the area of Millard St. and West Lawn Cr. around 9:00 p.m. and learned that the driver had lost control of his motorcycle, thrown from the bike and skidded across the intersection.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured and was taken to traumatology.
