Update (1/25/25, 10:05 PM):
According to the NDOT website, the crash on I-80 near Blvd. Vista in Sparks is partially cleared and westbound traffic is being allowed.
One right lane remains closed on the westbound side; Drivers will still need to use caution in the area as first responders and emergency personnel are still on the scene.
Sparks Police are advising everyone to slow down due to winter weather conditions.
Original story (1/25/25, 8:43 p.m.):
A crash on westbound I-80 this evening blocked all lanes of traffic near the Vista Boulevard exit.
According to video from a nearby traffic camera, it appears that at least one semi-trailer was involved in the crash.
