Halloween is in the rear view mirror and the focus has shifted to the Christmas holidays.

The CPKC Holiday Train will once again tour Canada and the US starting November 21st
through Dec. 20 collecting donations for local food banks at each stop.

Professional musicians will play free concerts from the brightly lit train stage.

The holiday train will be in the Quinte region on November 29, first with a stop in Belleville on
Keegan Parkway at 9:30am, then into Trenton at RCAF Road at 10:45am and finally into Brighton
at 11:45 a.m. on Prince Edward Street.

Performing at each of the local stops will be Tyler Shaw and Shawnee Kish.

Since its first ride in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $24.3 million and collected approximately 5.3 million pounds of food for community food banks in Canada and the U.S.
