Moscow, the Aidaho-Tenis team of Wyoming Cowgirl jumped to an early lead, but couldn’t stay late as they fell 4-3 on Saturday in a neutral Pacific match hosted by Idaho.
The cowels climbed on the board, first pursuing their way to the point of couples. On-site # 1, Violeta Borodyn and Dilesen Mashabaeva did a quick work for their opponents, winning 6-2.
On No. 2 Evgeniya Ceinos and Elena Trookeva, they won 7-6 (7-3). Rounding this in the third place were Serina Abriola and Anastasia Koclaevskaya, as they won 6-4.
In the single, Wyoming received a pair of wins, winning at # 2 and 3. CEINOS won a battle with direct sets in second position, 7-5 and 7-6 (7-5). No. 3 Koclaevskaya won an impressive way, 6-0 and 6-3.
UW is now off for two weeks before returning into action. Cowgirls will travel to Alabama to face West Alabama at 15:00, Mountain Time Match March 8.
