County Durham Takeaway boss, fined up to 105 kebabs after waste disposal – Yahoo News UK UK

The chief of the Durham County borrowing is fined for the price of over 100 kebabs after the waste associated with his export were found in Labi.

Food, packaging, boxes, cardboard, receipts for orders and waste related to Baxters and grill in Chester-Le-State, were found in Mirjan between Brandon and Brannpet on A690 last May by council advisers.

Checks were made to find who owns the business and was ordered to attend an official interview in August, but failed to appear.

Neighborhood guards said that since the waste had found their way to the public chief John Edward Piert, he failed to take all reasonable measures to prevent waste deposit.

60-year-old from David Croses in Langley Park appeared before the Peterley Magistrate Court on Wednesday (February 19) and acknowledged that he was processing waste without taking reasonable measures.

He was ordered to pay fines, expenses and fees totaling 991 British pounds – enough to buy 105 kebabs from its taking.
