Scottsdale, ARIZ.-Community service manner to support life in Scottsdale has been arrested for alleged abuse of a 78-year-old resident.

The records show that the 43 -year -old Gabriel Garcia was arrested on January 31, after saying to police that he was feeling “very concerned” about his alleged behavior with an elderly woman.

One of the woman’s relatives told the police that the family had set a camera system in the resident’s room so that they could conduct video chats. On January 28, the camera system made screenshots found in the woman’s room and images, which were claimed to have shown a garcia in a woman’s bed without pants and engaged in sexual contact.

The director of the facility told the police that the woman was “lacking the ability to make rational decisions” and the police had reviewed records showing that the woman had been diagnosed with “unspecified dementia/Alzheimer’s disease,” the court records show.

When he was questioned by the police, Garcia initially denied being involved in any sexual behavior with the woman before being shown screenshots from the camera system. He then claims that he did not know about the diagnosis of the woman, records show.
