Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star Darius Garland to compete in a race with 3 points-scare from the sword

Cleveland Cavaliers will be well presented in the NBA All-Star Weekend as Darius Garland is ready to compete in his first 3-point competition.

Garland joins colleagues from All-Stars Cade Cunnigham, Jalen Brunson, Damian Lillard and Tyler Herro. The competition is rounded by Kam Johnson, Buddy Hynd and Norman Powell. Milwaukee’s Lillar won the race last year.

The Garland group has the second highest percentage of three points. He has always been an effective shooter, but a 42.9% clip is the best career in Garland. If there was once a season to be crowned for a 3-point champion, that would be that.

Garland will not be alone on Saturday night. Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobli will start the night in the challenge of skills against other duo throughout the league. More specially, Mobley already won the challenge in 2021 when he, Garland and Jarrett Allen competed together in Cleveland.

All three of Garland, Mobli and Mitchell will play at the main event on Sunday. Garland and Moobri will meet the Kenny team, while Mitchell is the only American player of the team Chuck.

The Cavaliers trio is well reduced by its star place and at their current profit rates, they can even fight for positions in this year’s All-NBA teams. Mitchell is a lock – but Garland and Mobli should not be far behind them. Their contribution to this season 41-10 cannot be undervalued.

As for Garland, his reputation as one of the most effective league generals has finally made him some recognition. He buried a bomb won by the game from the logo just a few days ago. If he shoots this way, this year’s 3-point competition can be easy to predict.
