Cleaning in the course of the winter storm struck the southeast Wisconsin – Fox 6 Milwaukee

The cleaning is underway after a snowstorm moved through Southeast Wisconsin on Wednesday, February 12th. Many roads are still covered with snowfall on Thursday morning.

The Ministry of Public Affairs in Milwaukee said crews were still intense to work after the storm.

What we know:

DPW said it could take 24-84 hours to plow on any street after a snowstorm.

As all operators work an extended replacement overnight, there was no junk or recycling service on Thursday.

Residents must expose their cart on the planned collection day and return to the storage area when they are collected.

Details of the forecast

Time line:

FOX6 weather experts say Sunshine will return to Thursday’s forecast, but temperatures will remain frosty with high teens up to nearly 20 degrees. We can expect a bitter cold pace for Thursday night on Friday morning with low levels in the lake with one-digit lake and a sub-zero inside.

The snow returns until late Friday afternoon by a few more inches in the middle until late on Saturday. Even more chubby air arrives early next week.
