Government decisions of Chugach, LLC, appointed Virginia Robinson as senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Robinson will control all legal issues in line with management and will provide a strategic council.

Prior to joining CGS, Robinson was a general advisor, chief ethics and conformity officer and Corporate Secretary at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corp. Her experience includes leadership roles in Antum and Dyncorp International.
Robinson has successfully defended the basic cases of court disputes, has managed the initiatives for corporate governance and advises for mergers, acquisitions and strategies for business growth.
