CBRE, the global property consultancy, has promoted nine staff at its office based in Birmingham’s Colmore business district.

Dan Grigg, who works in the ratings team, Stuart Eustace, head of residential capital markets, and Lydia Dutton, regional head of sustainability, have been promoted from director to senior director.

Dan joined CBRE in 2012. As a leading national industrial and logistics rating agency, Dan specializes in minimizing business rate liabilities for developers, landlords and occupiers in the industrial and logistics sectors.

Stewart has been with CBRE since 2019. As Head of the Residential Capital Markets team in Birmingham, Stewart advises investors and developers on build-to-let and open market housing schemes.

Lydia joined CBRE’s 100-strong national ESG advisory team in 2022, responsible for driving the firm’s environmental and sustainability agenda across the regions. She advises investors, entrepreneurs and residents on the development and implementation of their ESG strategies.

CBRE also promoted Alex Crawshaw and Ryan Woodcock, who both work in property management, and Mark McFadden, planning and development, to directors, while Jeevan Duggal, Adnan Ijaz and Laura Sinstad were promoted to lead, associate engineer and senior surveyor respectively.

Will Ventham, head of CBRE’s Birmingham office, said: “The promotions recognize each person’s individual achievements and collective contribution to the business, while demonstrating the strength and breadth of talent and experience we have in the Birmingham office.

“CBRE places great importance on investing in its people and I am delighted that all eight have been rewarded with their respective promotions.”
