CBP employees in the arrest of Larendo two men demanded for child sex crimes – KGNS

Laredo, Texas (KGNS) – Customs and Border Protection officials (CBP) at the port of Laredo, arrested two men demanded for crimes for crimes against children within 72 hours. Both suspects were permanent residents of the United States and were caught in separate incidents in the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge.

The first arrest took place on Saturday, January 25, when CBP staff stopped 58-year-old J. Everardo Salazar Rangel for secondary inspection. Employees have used biometric checks and law enforcement databases to confirm his identity and have found an unfulfilled obsale order with a child and sexual contact. The order was issued by the sheriff of Jackson County in one, Texas. Salazar Rangel was taken to the County web district.

Two days later, on Monday, January 27, the officers directed 64-year-old J. Santos Reyes Martinez, a bus passenger, for further inspection. Employees have confirmed that there is an order for indecentness with a child and sexual contact issued by the Sheriff of Hardin County in Kunze, Texas. He was also taken to the County of Web County.
