The mysterious Tagger, who tours the center of Tallahassee by painting a vulgar insult to President Donald J. Trump, may have been caught video.
The Capitol police posted a photo of a suspect in social media on Thursday: “Help us catch this vandal!” The post says.
The vulgar etiquette began to pop out this week on walls and posts, including the outside of the Americans for the office of Prosperity-Florida of Avenue College and on a long-standing building across North Monroe Street from the District Court.
Around 8:20 pm Tuesday, police in Capitol noticed a suspect spraying graffiti. The suspect was seen wearing what looks like a gray hat, a black hood with a mountain motif and jeans. It can be seen holding a skateboard with red at the bottom.
