Glendale (CNS) – Three suspects in robbery were arrested after warning police officers from Burbank stopped their car and found stolen goods inside, police in Glendale said on Friday.
The housing burglary took place on January 23 in the 1500 block of Parway Drive, according to police in Glendale.
While Glendale’s staff investigated burglary, Bourbank’s employees stopped a car with a deceptive temporary registration plate in California, police said. Burbank employees found jewelry, expensive handbags, money, multiple mobile phones, masks, gloves and burglary tools, police said.
An employee of Bourbank, who monitors police traffic to the Glendale police, recognizes the relationship and contacted Glendale officials who confirmed that the stolen properties coincide with objects taken in burglary, police in Glendale said.
The three people found inside the car were arrested for suspicion of a housing burglary, police said.
Los Angeles District Prosecutor’s Office has accused 25-year-old Mia Sanchez Martinez, 20-year-old Jose Basaure Avils and 25-year-old Luis Gomez Gomez with burglary, police said.
