BALL MOVEMENT: Sit in all formats until we get a better idea of how Tampa Bay’s backfield shakes out
POSITION VALUE: RB3
ANALYSIS: The Bucs started the season as fantasy gold. Baker Mayfield caught fire, threw it to Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, making it rain fantasy points with enough left to keep Rachaad White and Bucky Irving happy in the backfield.
But by Week 8, it’s a whole different ball game. Evans and Godwin have been plagued by injuries, and what was once a dynamic backfield duo has now become a crowded trio with the addition of Sean Tucker. It got messy.
#Bux HC Todd Bowles said that unless something happens, Bucky Irving should be fine to play.

Last week, White led the way with 47.5% of the snaps, Irving followed with 35.3% and Tucker was the biggest with 19.5%. Despite the traffic jams, White remains the best fantasy bet because of his reliable hands, making him versatile no matter how the game swings.
Anyway, let’s talk about Irving. The man has seen his fair share, but that backfield has become a minefield with the Bucs facing a serious challenge against the Falcons this week. If you’re watching Irving, you might be wise to look elsewhere, because this ship is sailing through rough fantasy waters. For now, it’s white or foul if you’re diving into Tampa’s murky backfield.
