Broken 18-Color, causing delays on I-10 West-Wafb

Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB)-Defused 18-Collello causes a delay in I-10 west of the Mississippi River Bridge early Wednesday morning.

A crash has been reported with many vehicles around 4:20.
