BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The cause of an overnight fire that left three people homeless is under investigation.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department confirmed it happened around 12:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, on Myrtle Walk near Terrace Avenue.
No injuries were reported.
BRFD crews were able to bring the flames under control within an hour, officials said.
The Red Cross has been called to help displaced residents.
It is unclear how the fire started.
