Pastor Paul Enenche, a senior pastor at the Dunamis International Gospel Center in Abuja, bowed to pressure by killing his case for cyberbully and criminal slander against his younger brother Alexander Ennenche and former assistant to President Reno Omokre.
The case was terminated after a widespread criticism, with Pastor Eneenche’s legal team applying for the withdrawal of Omocri and Alexander Enenche.
The court filed the application without objection from the defense counsel, SM Oyeghe, ESQ.
However, the case took a new turn when Pastor ENENCHE submitted the first information report (FIR) on January 30, 2025.
Sahara -Raporters learned that Pastor Paul Enenche had sworn to continue his criminal pursuit as a former pastor of the church Abraham Daniel and Peter Enenche, who pleaded innocent in Fir.
Alexander Eneenche, Peter Eneen and Pastor Abraham Daniel were arrested and detained for cyberbullying and criminal defamation against Pastor Paul Enenche.
Pastor Daniel and Peter Enenche have been accused of criminal conspiracy, cyber lurking and slander of character.

“A publication you know is incorrect, thus committing a crime, contrary to Section 27 (1 , letter b) and punishable in accordance with Section 24 (4) Cybercrime Act (Prohibition, Prevention) of 2015, amended (2024) and is punished in accordance with Section 392 of the Law on the Criminal Code 89 Laws of North Nigeria 1963 S

Background
On Friday, Janai 17, 2025, SahararePorters reported that the nigeria police force had secured an order from the chief magistrate Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Wuse Zone 6, AB Cer, in Prison Custody Along with A former pastor of the Church of Dunasmis, Abraham Daniel, along with two other – ENENCHE ENENCHE and Alexander Enenche.
The court, chaired by his worship, chief Emmanuel A. Aanna issued the order to remain through a former participant, filed by the Kyo Egbekun Police Inspector on January 13, 2025.
Providing the application for a former party submitted by Francis Gabriel, ESQ. On behalf of the police chief, in a proposal, I was numbered/07/2025 between the police inspector as a complainant and Daniel Abraham, G -Enenche Idoga Alexander, Oboyinlo Eneenche Peter and d -Reno Omokri as 1 – You respondents, the main magistrate directed police to produce respondents in court on January 30th.
Iyanna held: “After hearing the application and submission of scientists Francis Gabriel, ESQ., And after careful consideration of the reactions, the atexes and the questions raised in the application of the applicant. The application is provided as praying.
“The present is ordered as follows: an order of this dear court for an order for detention of the defendants (i) daniel abraham (II) g -n -enenche idoga alexander (III) oboyinlo enenche peter and (IV) Reno omokri in the detention of the Nigeria Government Service in anticipation of an investigation, arrangement/prosecution.
“The present orders the respondents to be appointed to the court of the competent jurisdiction after the completion of the said investigation.
“On the date of return, the respondents must be manufactured.
“The issue was postponed on the 30th day of January 2025.”
The remaining order is provided for in a petition to the Patrick O. Police Inspector General, San against Mr. Renault Omokri, Gistlover blog, Aunty Adul, Peter Obonyiro, Kelechi TV and their agents and co-defense.
