Women’s basketball to play Bowie State in the initial round of the Ciaa tournament on Tuesday
Winston-Salem, NC-Winston-Salem’s women’s basketball team will play Bowie State University in the opening round of the CIAA tournament, as 6th seed south on Tuesday, February 25th. The Council is scheduled for 4:30 pm inside the CFG Bank arena.

Information about the Bowie State series
Since 2005, the Bulldogs have been running the 12-7 series. This will be the second game this season. Last time the Bulldogs defeated Rams 73-52 on December 17, 2024.

Jakaya Mac was appointed as the pre-season team of women’s basketball team 2024-2025 of All-Ciaa. Mack finished last season, playing in 15 games and started at 12. She was an average of 23 minutes with 8 points per game, was 45% FG and 57% feet. The women were chosen to finish the tenth.
The last time outside
Aries fell to college in Livingston 66-55 on Saturday, February 22. Christian McLean led Aries with 13 points followed by La’niya simes and Jakaya Mac With 10 points each.

Aries’s leading goalkeeper is Christian McLean an average of 12.0 points per game followed by La’niya simes with 8.2 points. The rams are an average of 58.2 points per game.
State University of Bowie (17-9, 11-5 CIAA, 6-4 North)
Bulldogs fell at the University of Lincoln (Pa.) 52-51 on Saturday, February 22. Bulldogs were led by Destiny Ryles with 18.0 points, followed by Mia Smith with 11.7 points. Bowie State is an average of 64.8 points per game.
