Boise State Projected Spring Football Depth Chart: Offense – Sports Illustrated

Boise State Projected Spring Football Depth Chart: Offense – Sports Illustrated

Coming out of the first appearance of college playoffs in program history, Boise State will hold its annual spring game on April 19th.

Broncos ended the 2024 season as a whole, winning the second direct title of the Mountain West conference. Boise State is registered with No. 8 in the last Top 25 of AP, the highest Broncos ranking since 2011.

Boise State will have a few key players to replace on both sides of the ball, including the Heisman Trophy-Up Ashton Jeanty runner, a leading Cam Camper and Star Defence End Ahmed Hasanein receiver.

Here is a look at the predicted Boise State depth diagram for a violation that comes into spring practice.

Note: This depth diagram includes only players recorded for a spring mandate.

Returning Beginners (7): Quoterbeck Maddu Madson; Wide receiver Latrel Caples; Narrow near Matt Lauter; Left -wing Kage Casey; Mason Randolph Center; Right guard Roger Careon; Right Hall for Schmidt Hall

Departed Starters (4): Running Back Ashton Gianti; Wide receiver of the receiver camera; Wide receiver Prince Strachaan; Left guard Ben Dulie

Yes, Broncos will miss Ashton Gianti, who was moving for 2601 yards and 29 touchdowns during his record junior season.

But Boise State returns several key players in insult, including four established beginners on the line and five players (Kyle Cox, Zack Holmes, Tyler Kyinat, Delon Metoer and Jason Steel) with experience in the launch. Kyinth and Metoyer seem to be the most clear candidates who replace Ben Dulie in the left security.

The promising freshman of the red shirt Gaines is ready to take on Jeanty while Breezy Dubar, Dylan Riley and Fresno State Transfer Malik Sherrod have proven to be capable of runners.

The wide receiver is the biggest question, as Cam Camper and Prince Strachan have come out of the program. Broncos return the Latrel Caples start slot (38 catch, 473 yards, five touchdowns) and a narrow near Matt Lauter (47 catch, 619 yards, seven touchdowns), but defender Madux Madson will have to build chemistry with a new group of receivers.
