Boise Man, sentenced to over 141 months for receiving and possession of child pornography – Aidaho News

Boise, Idaho (CBS2) – US lawyer Josh Horit has announced that 45-year-old Chad Joseph Lonley of Boise has been sentenced to 141 months at the federal prison with 20 years of controlled release for one census of child pornography and one piece for possession of child pornography.

A computer forensic finds material for sexual abuse over children of devices. During an interview, investigators advised Longli about his Miranda rights and he admitted that he had the material for sexual abuse of the child.

In July 2021, a large jury accused Longli of possessing child pornography. As they were waiting for a sentence, computer experts further examined the digital devices, revealing additional criminal behavior beyond the possession of sexual abuse materials over children.

According to court records around 2017, Longli had a fake young woman on a social media platform. Posing as a young woman, he became a friend of social media with one of his ex -students. He lured the former student to send him a material for sexual abuse of children.

The victim was not aware that his teacher was using a fake person when he had sent sexual abuse material over the child. In March 2024, Longli was accused by a large jury of additional criminal behavior.

Longli has concluded a new legal basis, where he pleaded guilty to the crime of child pornography and agreed to a jointly recommended sentence of 141 months in prison with 20 years of controlled release.

On February 4, 2025, a judge condemned Longli to 48 months in the Federal Prison, followed by 20 years of supervisory release in his first case related to possession of child pornography and up to 141 months in the federal prison, followed by 20 years of supervisory release in the second its case related to receiving child pornography. The two sentences will be executed at the same time.
