Virginia Beach, Virginia. -Owner-operator Beth Sholom Village Open Aviva Pembrok, a new community located in Virginia Beach, adjacent to the Pembroke Square shopping center. Pembroke Realty Group has developed the property on behalf of the village of Beth Sholom.
A total of 153 units, the community has 121 independent life, 20 assisted life and 12 residences for memory care. The amenities of the property, which was designed by Kahler Slater, includes a swimming pool, fitness center, a bistro, a community room and a meditation and prayer room. Outdoor amenities include deck, roof salon and terrace, tournament courts, placement of green and kamni.
The project team also includes associated architect Drew Keps, contractor SB Ballar Construction Co., civil engineer Kimli-Horn, structural engineer Lynch Mykins and interior designer solution 65. JLL provided supervision of the project of the village of Beth Scholom.
