As the weather finally turns in Texas, most Texans are relieved to say goodbye to summer. Saying goodbye to the hot weather may be a relief, but tornadoes may be on their way to the big state, according to the Texas Weather Service. Tornadoes touched down in eastern Oklahoma City, the metro area and several communities in Southwest/Eastern Oklahoma.
TEXAS WEATHER IS CHANGING AND TORNADOES MAY BE AT RISK IN THE LONE STAR STATE
After the devastating episode, several storms hit areas such as eastern New Mexico and the Permian Basin. You’re probably thinking, what does this have to do with the state of Texas? The effect of the tornadoes happening now will put Texas in position to expect rain in the northwest part of the state and Texoma. A few thunderstorms will increase after noon today near NW Texas, NW Texas, and Texoma. The potential for dramatic storms, large hail and damaging winds is definitely at risk.
TEXAS BREAKS FOR POSSIBLE HAIL, DAMAGED WINDS AND SEVERE STORMS
Tomorrow Texas storms may continue with severe weather again with tornadoes, damaging winds, large hail and even heavy rain, a broken line of thunderstorms may be present in central Texas, north Texas and west Texas west of Interstate 35. Texas is being told to properly prepare for the storms and just stay dry out there
