Baron Property Group (BPG), a real estate development and investment company, has provided $ 206 million for construction from funding from alternative investment consulting business Post Road Group for Metro Parc North, new housing development in HIALEAH, Florida.
The funding was facilitated by Ayush Kapahi, a major and fundamental partner at HKS Real Estate Advisors, a trade consultation company for real estate.
Post Road Group partner and real estate loan head Jason Carney said: “We are happy to provide funding again to support the development of Metro Parc North, high quality, transformative housing community.
“The experience and expertise of the Baron Property Group, combined with their vision for the continuous growth of Hialeah, make this an exciting opportunity. We look forward to partnering with Mat and his team while working to complete the project.”
This marks the second transit oriented development from BPG in Hialeah.
In September 2022, BPG received a $ 148 million loan from Post Road Group, with HKS facilitating the deal again. The loan was used for Metro Parc, mixed -use development, which includes commercial premises and 559 rental housing, located next to the above -mentioned Metro Parc North.
The Metro Parc North project is ready to offer 661 residences ranging from studios to three -bedroom homes. The development is designed by architects of architects Modis Architects and will include floor plans with open concept, design kitchens and private balconies.
Residents of Metro Parc North will have access to a number of amenities, including a 24-hour porter, a swimming pool with private cabins, outdoor kitchens, covrocking spaces, storage of bicycles, pet raising areas and parking on site.
The development is located next to the entrance of Metrorail and the Hialeah Hospital.
The construction of the project is underway and the completion is expected by the end of 2027.
