On the heels of the destruction last month, the construction of Metro Parc North is underway and is planned to complete at the end of 2027.

Miami -based real estate developer Baron Property Group (“BPG”) has announced $ 206 million for construction for funding for Metro Parc North, a newly grounded housing development in Hyalea, Florida.

Post Road Group, a private investment company, also provided the loan Ayush Kapahi, the main and founder of the Commercial Real Estate Condentory HKS Advisors Advisors (“HKS”), facilitated the deal.

Metro Parc North is the second transit development of Baron Property Group in hyalia. BPG closed for a $ 148 million loan with Post Road Group and HKS in September 2022 to take advantage of Metro Parc, Class A Mixed Use Development, offering retail and 559 housing, adjacent to Metro Parc North.

Designed by Modis Architects, Metro Parc North will offer 661 residences for rent ranging from studios to three -bedroom homes. The residences will have floor plans with open concept, luxury flooring, designer kitchens with stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, spacious closets and large private balconies. Residents will enjoy a full set, a highly amenitated lifestyle, including a 24-hour porter, a resort-style swimming pool with private cable, outdoor kitchens, cooperation spaces, multi-purpose clubs, secure storage of bicycles, pet trimming stations and parking in place.

By covering more than the entire block adjacent to the entrance of Metrorail and the Hialeah Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in Florida, Metro Parc North rises directly to Metro Parc, residential construction of Baron Property Group. Combined, these two projects cover nearly two million square meters and offer excellent apartments and retail options that introduce a fresh lifestyle of the fast expanding hialeah housing market.
