Baron Property Group has announced $ 206 million in construction funding for Metro Parc North, a new grounding housing development in Hialeah, Fl. Post Road Group, a private investment company, also provided the loan Ayush Kapahi, facilitated the deal. On the heels of the destruction last month, the construction of Metro Parc North is underway and is planned to complete at the end of 2027.
Metro Parc North is the second transit development of Baron Property Group in hyalia. BPG closed for a $ 148 million loan with Post Road Group and HKS in September 2022 to take advantage of Metro Parc, Class A Mixed Use Development, offering retail and 559 housing, adjacent to Metro Parc North.
Designed by Modis Architects, Metro Parc North will offer 661 residences for rent ranging from studios to three -bedroom homes. The residences will have large private balconies, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchens, spaces for covrocking and a multi -purpose club hall.
