Bar Bambino is an exclusive, retracted cocktail salon for raised drinks and bites. After passing through the entrances, the guests discover a sophisticated bar with a live DJ and an elegant curved bronze bar under a central chandelier and a retro mirror ceiling.
Bar Bambino beverage suggestions include unique cocktails, Espresso Martinis, champagne and glass wines. Selected by Nick Maters and his team at “Wish You Bean” Restaurant Group – which operates Elefante and Bar Bambino – the hidden salon bears its name from the Italian word for a baby, the allusion to the bar is baby “Elefante.”
“Bar Bambino is an escape where people can go to drink with a really cool vibration,” Matters said. “This is the perfect place to check after dinner when you are not quite ready to go home. This is a sophisticated salon with nice cocktails and snacks that go with DJ and complete fun energy. “
Bar Bambino also offers a cocktail service with a Tableside cocktail, including a classic Martini service, prepared with additives such as caviar or shaken cocktails to raise the traditional bottle experience. Lounge also offers a small food menu with elements such as lobster rollers, tuna tartar, arran, caviar toast and more.
Signature cocktails made by Vice President of Drinks Julien Kalela include La Bambina made with vodka, Della Sirene Rosso, Lemon, Pear, Ginger, Blue Spirulina and Friendly Water; Meil tree smoked old -fashioned with the participation of a private breeding barrel, apricot, demerara, angostura, lemon and orange oils; and deconstructed bleach.
