Lee Driving near LSU, Besteas Sip & Bite is a place to go out, study, game game, drink and breakfast.

The new Boba store boasts drinks like brown sugar and strawberry mat tea; Food like Banh Mi, Tornado Potatoes, Egg Rules and Spring Rolls; and Desserts like waffles for the desire, taiji and bubbles. Its great discovery was on December 28, 2024, but has is long in work for LE.

She took a vacation from her job as a nurse at Ochsner Health for the opening. Her plan is to work part of the day in Oxner and the others in the cafe.
“I’ve always wanted a cafe or a tea balloon shop,” says Le.
The idea for Besteas was born before the Covid-19 pandemic, but the stars did not give up until recently when it managed to acquire the Lee Drive space, which was previously home to Jamaica vibration cuisine.
The interior is captivating in blush pinks and rich greenery. Deced Decor Decor herself online, and her favorite pieces in the store are the chairs she chose: Plush pink velvet seats and pastel dining chairs.
“I like to decorate,” says Le. “I like kind things.”
Le had great support from his family and friends in creating a best -made, and for the opening he received several luck gifts, including plants and household ornaments such as a porcelain cat figure.
Even the food in the cafe is produced internally by her mother. For the Mardi Grasse season, she stocks royal cakes from Hi-do Bakery In territory. It also carries an assortment of locally made Japanese cheesecakes from the EM Bakery. The decorated cakes are ether and not as sweet as the American cheesecake, available in flavors such as classic cheesecake, Ube, strawberry, fruit pebbles and coffee.
But drinks are the foundations in Besteas and customers can choose between tea with bubbles, tea with milk, fruit tea, cocktails, coffee, sparkling bevs, frozen warm chocolate and ice mixture. The sparkling Lychee Rose drink is a favorite of Le’s. Carbonated and refreshing, it is strewn with jelly and juicy cracking beans.
The Taiwan -style balloon collection consists of either black tea, Walong tea or green tea, with the addition of milk and flavored syrup. Besteas bubble teas are non-milk, but can also be made with regular milk on request. Le makes chewing, starch tapioca pearls with a machine. The process usually takes about half an hour, she says.
