BA opens a repaired salon at Seattle Airport – News Business Travel News Europe

British Airways opened its lounge again at the Seattle Tacom International Airport after a “extensive” renovation.

The refreshed lounge has a new food crash area, full service bar and “comfortable to work” pods. There is also a specialized space for dining area à la Carte, reserved for first -grade passengers.

The Seattle Carrier Salon joins those in Singapore, Washington, Lagos, Edinburgh, London Gatwick and London Heathrow, all of whom have recently been repaired.

Following the recently announced changes to its Executive Club’s loyalty program, the carrier will also debut a new concept for a salon in Dubai and Miami later this year. Part of the £ 7 billion transformation plan, the new Dubai salon will include a “significantly increased” offering of food, showers and a full service bar.

The refreshment of Lounge in Boston and Glasgow should also start later this year, followed by the “complete reconstruction” of Heathrow’s sun beds in 2026.

British Airways Calum Laming’s chief client said: “In our global network, we have 28 sun loungers at 20 airports, which all play a huge role in our customers’ travel, so we are committed to offering the best experience.”
