Arrested by Renault after officers find weapons, including a cannon during probation for probation – Krnv

A man was arrested for violating his conditional release conditions after law enforcement agencies discovered drugs and numerous weapons, including a working gun, at his residence.

Officers with the State Police Conditional Release and Probation Department in Nevada held a home contact of a supervisor, Gareth Ferguson, who was suspected of being in violation of his probation terms on February 6th. During the home contact, Nevada conditionally and probably employees found many people, found many people, found a multitude of February. He illegally possessed a firearm and weapon at the residence.

With the assistance of the Center for Intelligence of Police Crime in Renault and the Special FBI Safe Streets, employees found and seized a working cannon, 16 firearms, numerous knives, machetes, swords and narcotics.

Supervisors who are actively probation or conditional release are not allowed to have a weapon.

Ferguson was arrested and booked at the Washo County Prison and charged with violation of probation and disrespect for the court.

Authorities say additional charges could be persecuted by the Renault Police Department and the Federal Investigation Bureau.
