Ark Republic wanted to have a frank dialogue with black men and black voters about their choices in the big election and what issues they want candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump to address in their campaigns. So we took it to “Dirty Jersey” with reporter Dwayne K. Reed, who went from barbershops to Rutgers and into black-owned businesses.
