An unprecedented cooking fire leaves 3 people displaced in Winston -Salem, say firefighters – WFMYNews2.com

Winston-Salem, Winston-Salem’s NC Fire Service responds to a fire at the 1300 block of Oak Grove St. Friday night.

The fire is caused by cooking, left unattended, burning the stove, microwave and over the cabinets.

The fire was contained in the kitchen and fortunately no one was injured.

However, three people have already been displaced, according to the fire department.
