An 18-year-old high school student killed in Birmingham early Saturday morning-leader of Alabama news

Birmingham, Al (WBMA) – The Birmingham Police Department is investigating an early murder on Saturday morning that police believe an 18-year-old, who attended a High School student in Huffman, was killed.

According to the BPD, shortly after midnight at 12:20 on Saturday, officers from the northern section respond to a firing signal in 600 blocks on the 8th terrace west.

When the officers arrived on the spot, they found a destroyed vehicle at a residence.

Officers watched 18-year-old Ronald Bennett Jr. on Earth near a vehicle suffering from a firearm.

The Birmingham fire arrived on the spot and pronounces Bennett, Jr. Dead.

At that time, the Birmingham police had no suspects.
