Amy Erving is to release an album on Willie Nelson Tribute – Samantha Laturno

Amy Erving Releases a new album entitled, Will always bepresenting her interpretations of ten Willie Nelson Songs. The project arrived 45 years after Irving and Nelson participated Honeysuckle Together, which won the Willie Academy Awards nomination for her classic melody “Again on the Road”. To Irving’s album, Nelson adds a guitar solo to another song taken from their movie together, “Angel that flies too close to the ground.” Will always be April 25th through Queen of the Castle/Lissing Piece Records and includes guests’ appearances Levon Helmdaughter, Amy Helmand Steve EarlS Irving will launch promotional shows starting in New York on May 4, followed by a performance at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, New York, May 31. “Somehow I wanted a trajectory: first you meet someone, you go through life together, you lose them,” Irving explains. “I just thought I could tell this story with his songs.” (Variety))
