On Saturday, January 25, 2025, US Renolit officials gathered with their significant others at Blue Chip Casino for their annual holiday party. Conducted at the elegant Fremont Ballroom, the event gathered nearly 200 employees for the evening of celebration, companionship and reflection on the success of the past year.

The night started with employees who mix and deal with nets while enjoying drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, as colleagues shared stories, celebrated major stages and connected beyond their usual work environment. Fremont’s ballroom was decorated with elegant decorations, creating an environment for the case.

The highlight of the evening was a speech delivered by Niels Ditz, president of the American Renolit. In his remarks, Ditz expressed his gratitude for the hard work and the dedication of the team in 2024 and acknowledged the significant achievements of the company in the last year, including increased operational results and a decrease in employee turnover.

“2024 was an excellent year for the American Renolit. We added new employees, reduced turnover, improved operational results and produced 20% more than the previous year, “Ditz said. “Our sales were higher in all market units and we provided a new business that would benefit us for years to come.”

Ditz also looked forward by 2025 with optimism, emphasizing the focus of the company on safety, durability and innovation.

“As we pass in 2025, I am excited to build on the solid foundation we have created. We will continue to improve workplace safety, improve operations and complete projects that create us for long -term success. Every day I see the dedication and pride in our team and I know that we will achieve great things together, “he said.

“We take steps to reduce waste and add more effective granules to recycle the materials,” Ditz said.
