Amber signal was issued Wednesday in the search for a man who is looking for the murder of a woman in Central California and the abduction of her two young children.
The signal, issued by CHP in southern California, and other parts of the state was in the search of Jonathan Alexis Maldonado-Crus, 23. He was suspected of a fatally shot woman on Tuesday in the Kings Community in Hanford and abducted their two young daughters.

He was last seen to leave the residence in the gray Hyundai Elantra of 2020 with the California Licnation Place 8lzd084. It should be considered armed and dangerous, Sheriff staff said.
The missing children are Arya Maldonado, 3 years old, and Alana Maldonado, 2.
Authorities said Maldonado-Crus may have fled to Mexico. The Amber signal included the Counts Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Riverside.
Anyone with information about their location was asked to call 911.
