ALS class 25 -b graduates – Tinker.af.mil

Thirty eight flyers graduated from the Airman Tinker Leadership School during a graduation ceremony held at the Tinker Air Force Center, February 13, 2025.

ALS is a six -week professional development course designed to prepare new sergeants of staff and senior pilots for supervisory duties and is required before taking on the role of head of the front line. The topics covered include leadership, consistency, communication skills and the profession of weapons.

The school is the first of the three residence courses required for the pilots included in the enrolled persons and a requirement to increase the staff sergeant. The other residence courses are the unlisted officer Academy and the senior uncomised officer Academy, which are prerequisites for raising Master Sergeant and Senior Master Sergeant respectively.
