All Joann seats will be closed after the fabric and craft trader has been auctioned in a new property group.

Scott Carpenter said the GA group has had a story with Joan for decades. Their past work involves supporting Joan in buying a former competitor, House of Fabrics, in the late 1990s, and helping to increase the prints of the retail store from 2006 to 2016.
