Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – After the death of police officers in North Las Vegas in the valley, they expressed their condolences.
On Tuesday afternoon near Lone Mountain and Camino Al Norte employees answered messages to a man with a gun. There was an exchange in shooting. An officer and the suspect died because of their injuries.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department K9 Department expressed a heartfelt message to the family of the fallen officer on Instagram.
LVMPD shared on X, the department mourns one of them.
We stand with our brothers and sisters at the North Las Vegas Police Department as they mourn the heartbreaking loss of one of them. Earlier today, this brave officer made the ultimate victim while serving and defending the community.

The North Las Vegas fire service expressed its condolences on social media and addressed this “unimaginably difficult moment” for the department.
Las Vegas’s police wives have shared a statement with FOX5, which says they are in contact with the officers and the officers’ agency as they are ready to provide support during this heartbreaking time.
