Baton Rouge, La. (First Louisiana) – a woman from Baton Rugz was arrested and accused of cruelty in the infirmity of investigating a potential abuse of the elderly.
A police officer at Baton Rouge talks to someone who was there to make a nurse at a home on Kalmet Street around 2:10 pm Saturday, February 22. This concern was denied Wednesday, February 19 and Friday, February 21, according to the application.
“It has been noticed that the victim is covered with urine soaked through two depends, the blankets, pillows, clothes and to the plastic mattress of his hospital bed,” said arrest documents. Police said the man had an open bed wounds and “border necrosis of the toes and toes”. He was taken to the hospital.

Angela Givens, 40 years old, was identified as the significant other and primary caregiver of the man in the hospice. Police noted that she had previously been charged with domestic violence.
Givens was booked at the parish prison in East Baton Rouge on Saturday. She remains in prison and her relationship has not been defined.
